Considered to be one of the "Big 3" hotel properties in Kennebunkport. 90 rooms, 6 conference rooms, fine dining restaurant. Mission: to increase revenues and bottom line of resort and lead the conversion of the property to 5 star status as a Vacation Ownership resort.

Lowered cost of sales from 88 to 83%.

Instituted entirely new systems, pricing schemes, and packaging.

Waterville Company Inc. is a year round resort village (including 7 lodging properties), conference center, ski resort, golf course, tennis center located in the White Mountain Region of New Hampshire. When I resigned after 2 years company sales exceeded $19 million annually.

All corporate, lodging, ski shop and off-site ticket sales.
In-house television station and video department.
All group and conference marketing, sales with sales staff, central reservations.
Responsible for 26,000 vacation room nights and 21,000 group room nights.
Director of Hospitality functions including Conference Center and Town Square Condominiums lodging and operational responsibilities.

An award winning 1,235 acre year round resort. Resort occumancy 2,200+ guests per night in 500 condominiums units, conference center, and year round recreational amenities.

Specific areas of responsibility included:
Oversaw all group sales and marketing operations of group lodging business.
Marketing, selling, positioning, advertising, promotions, and budgeting for all day lift ticket sales including: Day Lifts, Group Lifts, Off-site ticket sales, and Season Pass and Frequent Skier Programs.
Produced, purchased and placed all radio, television, and newspaper advertising in the Vermont, Quebec, and northern New York markets.
Designed and oversaw production all lift and group promotional pieces including trail maps, group travel planners, self mailers, etc.
Oversaw all personnel and computer systems in lift ticket booths.
